    Default question about the pill

    this might seem like a stupid question but i just want to be sure. I'll be starting the first of the four white pills on saturday and its quite likely i'll be with my boyfriend saturday night. So my question is am i still protected when i take the white pills? I don't usually start my period until i take the second or third.

    The four white pills are "sugar pills" and usually you will have your period during this time. You are still protected.
