Microgynon 30 "week off" question. help!
I was wondering, if im on my 7 day break off the pill, am i still protected without a condom? im seeing my boyfreind tommorow which is why its extremely important i fidn out asap! im freaking out here. :-(
Maybe posting a bit late but I'm on the same pill and yeah there's no need to worry you're still protected. I've never tried it though coz I haven't been on it long and the other week was my first break on which I had a period. Anyway it would say in the leaflet if you weren't protected.
Yes, you are still being protected by the pill. The medication lingers in your system and is made to be reduced when you don't need it as much.
However, keep in mind that even birth control pills are NOT 100% effective at any time of the month!
