    I have recently sworn off hormone-based birth control and purchased the Lady-Comp and sponge for natural fertility management. So far, I love this method and I am curious to know if there are other users out there. The product is very popular in Europe and Canada, but only recently became available here in the U.S.

    I've never heard of them...I'll have to Google those I had to swear off hormone-based BC, too.
