I am 19 years old and started DEPROVERA last year in at the end of May and got my last shot in april on the 22nd, my last shot would of been July 7th but after having all the side effects in SEVERE form I decided not to get it, since I knew my fertility would be delayed I didn't worry about using any back ups. Till I started having a extreme amount of cramps and breast pain and a little light spotting around the 14th of Aug that was very consistent for that whole weekend and just stopped during around that Tuesday. Worried I called to make a appointment to get on the birthcontrol pills since I heard they can get you become regular again since I havent had a period since june 2008. They prescribed me microgestin fe 1/20 and I am almost 4 days into my first pack and I am having lots of stomach pains (not too bad just feels like needles poking or something like that) with some light cramping every since I started saturday afternoon. And now it's tuseday again and I am feeling like it's another day on depo with my random crying and depression spells, and I had treated my depression with St johns wort while on depo that worked alot for me but it appears i can't take them on the pills (Pregnancy test was neg) what is the reason behind the st john's wort and the Microgestin fe 1/20 and ARE these just double side effects left over from the depo thats still in my system?
