Exclamation Odd situation

Hi. I'm eighteen and just started college a few weeks ago. It's been busy so the first week or so I forgot to take my birth control but followed the take two pills and two pills stuff in my packet. My period came on the third week, which was awkward enough. Then of course, the last day of my period I had unprotected sex (after consuming large amounts of alcohol, I'm usually not that stupid). Since my birth control was messed up, I was worried and took Plan B like, a day and a half after said encounter. That was last weekend, and all this week I've been tired and only got out of bed to go to class and work. Then I started to worry because I was feeling really sick... then I passed a kidney stone, so that was that. Yesterday I started having brown discharge and flipped out because I just had my period two weeks ago. This morning I woke up with my period (or expelling blood for some reason) and cramps.

So with that said, I'm just wondering if I'm having a really bad introduction to college, or if there might possibly be something wrong with me... I was worried that I got pregnant anyway until I got my period, but now I'm just guessing my period coming early is the result of taking Plan B and messing up my birth control pills this month. And that whatever other discomfort I decided was the early signs of pregnancy were from my kidney stone.

I just need to figure out all of this, thought here would be the place to get some sort of understanding before I get pregnant or start hemmoraging.

So does this occur sometimes or should I go to the health clinic to find out if something is wrong with me?

As a general rule it is a bad idea to take Plan B while you are on birth control pills.

Every change in your cycle is likely due at this point to messing up your pill schedule and taking plan B. It's rough, but you'll just have to chill and get things back in order. And bring condoms to parties.

Go into the campus health clinic, I'll bet they've heard some version of this 200 times since the semester started. They will be able to give you some reassurance and guidance on what to do and expect.
