Look into a non hormonal IUD. That's the only other thing, besides condoms or the sponge, that I can think of.

I've heard of the non hormonal IUD but have no idea what it is or how it works, same with the sponge

Look up Paragard. That is a non hormonal IUD. Basically it is a device that gets inserted into your uterus.
Also, look up contraceptive sponges, these are over the counter. You can put them in up to 24 hours prior to sex, but they should stay in for about 6 hours after. I've used one before, the whole thing seemed iffy to me, so I was nervous about getting pregnant anyways, so it wasn't worth it for me.

Diaphrams are another option, you can put it in a while before hand - been so long I don't remember how long before. They are good for some people but you have to actually use it.
I had a non hormonal IUD for a long time without any problems. No muss, no fuss
