I'm going on to my forth month now on Microgynon 30, and my periods have been fine, and on time. This month seems to be a bit different. Got my period exactly on time today, but all there was, was a bit of spotting. Now I've got nothing, except cramps which have been lasting a minute then stopping, just now and again throughout the day. Do you think I'm pregnant, or is this a normal thing?
