    i accidentally took my sunday pill on saturday, and the saturday pill on sunday, do you think that will have any effect on my body at all?

    Short anwser: it probably wont have the slightest effect on your body at all or the effectiveness of the medication.

    Explanation: What kind of birth control do you use? Lots of birth controls have the same amount of active medication in each pill (you can usually tell because all of your pills are the exact same color except your placebo pills, or the ones you take when you actually get your period), the days are only to keep you on track with your regimen. There are some birth controls that have different strengths of medication in each pill, these have different color pills depending on which week you are on the first week after your period having more medication then each week gradually decreasing untill you are once again at your placebo pills. If your pills are the second type, then you may/or may not have taken a slightly higher/lower dose on the wrong day.. but it still will not harm you in any way or lower the effectiveness of the birth control in any significant way. Just remember to take it every day and at the same time every day!
