Thread: non-hormonal bc, cap vs. diaphragm question

what bo2001 said is pretty much my experience with em. Put in at least 1 hr before sex (can be lots longer, but I usually know enough in advance to keep from havin to wear round all day) and, for me bout 8 hours after. Works great 4 me, tho have heard of others feelin it or their partners saying they can feel it during sex.

oh yeah, not sure this is a great choice for someone w/o a little experience, an a good level of comfort bout their body.
