Anyone had one? I'm definately considering! Sits just under the skin on the inside of your arm, 4cm long by 2mm thick, lasts for 3 years! Puurrrrrrfect!
Apparently extremely effective :-) the only problem is you cant predict your periods as well as on the pill. Though some
lucky women dont get their periods at all in those 3 years, that would be smashing! Ive posted on here a few times about my strange menstrual pains and it seems my family are the only unlucky sods that get 'bum ache' so no periods would be very nice!

I have just got it a week ago, so not sure what will happen with me but hopefully it will be good.

You should consider getting the mirena IUD. Some people lose their periods completely on that, and most minimize their periods by a lot. Another benefit is that it lasts for 5 years. Totally another option if you're okay with hormones.

I thought about an IUD but my aunty fell pregnant on it and It was actually in with the baby when he was developing, put me off big time! And plus the implant is a bit more dignified to put in haha not that itd bother me being on a table, legs akimbo, but I like to have someone looking up my biff as little as possible if I can help it.
