Thread: it's final

My husband's sperm count was zero so the surgery was completely successful. There are no more chances of kids in our future and no side effects on his part. Which is much better than my luck with birth control so far. I have to take a moment to stop and shudder at my IUD nightmare again. I think some of my health problems now, more than 6months later, were triggered by those weeks laying in bed in pain and the amount of ibuprofen I took. Finally it's mostly over. I'm still using nuvarings to stop my periods because of pain issues during menstruation and orgasm that they haven't tracked down a cause yet. It all started right after the iud but everyone says it can't be related this long afterward. Maybe it was the months of bleeding constantly on lybrel after the iud that did it. Far too much coincidence. Mess with things down there, end up with pain issues. Hmm...

wow! glad you got the bc thing covered. re: iud's - think no one really understands how another person may react to various drugs or procedures. We're all so different !
