    Hi,
So let's see. I had sex for the first time on Feb 14, and had spotting and stuff for awhile then had my period on the placebos on March 6-9. (Didn't use condom) Not trusting the withdrawal bleed as being not pregnant, I took pregnancy tests with First response on March 8, then then the next week 15, and then March 31. (Six weeks since the act) All negative. I waited 4 hours after using the restroom to test or as close to first morning urine as I can get . I usually take Yaz on a 3-4 month cycle but I wanted to see what would happen this month so I am now on the placebos- third pill and no period yet. (I don't know what my 'normal month to month' flow would be like because I usually only take it once every 3-4.)

Is there a possiblity that I am pregnant? I take the pills as directed, never miss a pill and haven't had sex since that one incident in February. I know it's really rare but I think at six weeks the super sensitive test should be accurate right? I'm going to see if it comes tomorrow. Anyone skip a period on Yaz even though you've been taking it right and not been pregnant and been on it for more than 3+ months? I admit I have been a little bit stressed this past March...

Only symptom I've been having lately (but I was having it before and the test was negative) is that my stomach is extra growly at night after I eat and I'm still having some pain on both sides near my pelvic bone. It's been a bit worse since the placebos. But I have a history of Ibs so it might just be that. It's like it wants to come, and I been feeling the typical yucky stuff that goes along with a period but no bleeding yet.

Just wanted to know what other people felt . I think I'm ok, as all those tests were negative and I haven't had any intercourse since then. (Just a hand job, it dried on my hand, and washed my hands afterwards and didn't touch any of my private parts and he didn't cum either.)

Thanks. Other than that I don't feel like I am, but I just wanted to hear if people had experienced long term use (Not the first couple of months) occasional skipping of periods while on Yaz on placebo week.

    Update:

4th Placebo, nighttime. Looks like it's finally here 10pm. LOL talk about getting in at the last minute. All weekend I've been in crampy pain. Bah! Well, this makes me relieved. So if anyone else has this issue with Yaz just wait till the last one to see if it comes. Right now it's really light and I start the active pills tomorrow.. but I'm going back to my every 3-4 months. Cause this weekend sucked with the crampy pain. Funny cause I was just going to take a pregnancy test tomorrow cause I was getting worried.. (even though I really didn't have to)

Ah you skip your placebos for a 3-4 month period? I might consider doing that if I decide to remain on the pill.

Well glad all is well, phew, scares are not fun!!

Yup. That's the continuous dosing for Yaz. Though to be completely honest, I know people who are on this pill who didn't take any placebo's at all. My doc said I could do that, but my body didn't like it. I took 5 packs of pills in a row and got some break through spotting in month 5 so I know that means my body needed a break. But 3-4 packs at a time is a common dose on Yaz.(It's advertised as a 4 periods a year pill) Doesn't work for everyone but if you stay on the pill you can try it.

Of course, if you don't take the placebo you won't bleed so then you'll have to be more alert to pregnancy symptoms. Even taking a test when you would normally would have taken placebos to be sure.

Yes, really happy to see blood. *nod nod* We women are pretty funny. It's funny though, now that I have my withdrawal period the cramps are less. Go figure. All weekend cramps no period and now period and less cramps.. *shakes head*
