OK, Let me state, that I don't want kids right now and my husband feels the same. I also have PCOS and the chances of me getting pregnat are slim. But here is me questions, are there any natural birth control methods? I have no insurances, my BC is running out and can't afford to fill it anyway, and I have gained alot of weight bc of the BC and am working hard to loss the weight. Any advice?
I know of two "natural" birth control methods.
One is called the rhythm method. This means that you track how long your periods are from your Last Menstrual Period. (LMP) to the next. Assuming that day 1 of your period is the first day of your cycle, it's typical that you ovulate between days 10-21 and then two weeks later have your period, and that restarts the cycle. If you have PCOD however this might not work as your cycles will be irregular and may be hard to track this way.
Another method is called the Basal Temperature method. Or something similiar to that. You track your temperature every morning before doing anything and record it in a chart. When your temperature is higher than usual, it means you are ovulating and need to stay away on your 'unsafe' days. If you have a higher temperature for more than 10 days in a row you are most likely pregnant. I don't know too much about those methods so you can do a net search for those. I'm not sure I'm giving them too much justice.
Of course, if you have the money, a 'natural' form of birth control is also always using condoms. Just a side note there.

If we could live without passion maybe we'd know some kind of peace... but we would be hollow... Empty rooms shuttered and dank. Without passion we'd be truly dead.” -Joss Whedon
