Sift thru that stuff and then, before jumpint into anything, see your doc to discuss what's good choices for you personally.
b.c. has changed a lot in the past years. Guess you could divide methods into: hormonal (works inside you - the pill, ring, implant etc) ; physical barriers (condoms, cervical cap, diaphram) and 'natural' ( timing sex activities with your body's cycle so you only have the lil wigglers in there when youre not fertile) This last is doable, but requires a high level of discipline and structure and knowledge.
