No form of contraception is 100% effective; except a sledge hammer. It sounds like you have been very responsible, but if your that scared, buy a pregnancy tester to make sure

Highly unlikely that you could be pregnant. But the only way to know would be to take a test in a few weeks. But I seriously doubt that you could be.

Part of being sexually responsible is understanding and TRUSTING your form of BC - and your execution of it.
Condoms have a VERY low rate of failure - mostly because of operator error, though sometimes because they break. If you put it on right and it doesn't break, it is not allowing sperm to get inside you at all. So you don't get pregnant.
The "Plan B" pill is VERY harsh on your body - if you intend to stay active and aren't opposed to hormonal BC, you should get on the normal Pill or another similar method ASAP. Basically how the Plan B pill works is that the hormone overload messes up your ovulation. Messed up ovulation, no pregnancy. Regular hormonal BC stops ovulation (and sometimes thickens your cervical mucous, so even if you DO ovulate for some reason, the sperm won't get through.)
Knowing all that, it's hard to believe you could be pregnant, though it is minimally possible. Be careful and prepare yourself fully next time.

Little's right... Plan B is totally hard on your body - and it may even alter your cycle - so if you don't get your period "right on time" - don't freak out, it could be delayed....

I think that you'll be ok, you took it so soon after you had intercourse.
