spotttin 4 a whole month(IUD mirena)

any suggestions!!!

OMG i got the mirena placed a month ago i been spotting for 4 weeks

now i have my period and it been for 7days gosh!!! it is like that cux im knew to this or what?? my doc told me is normal how can it be ? wat i heard is that u can be miss ur period even for 3months anyone has it or did that went to throu sumthin similar..???

I agree with your doc, it's normal for your body to be kind of funky for the first month or so of using anything hormonal. Give it another month or two and then see what happens.

Any particular reason you went for the mirena as opposed to the paragard?
