All right. I'll try to be as specific as possible here, as I've found myself in a pretty odd situation. I'm on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, which contains 28 pills in one pack. As I understand, the three active weeks of pills vary in their progestin levels. White pills come first, then light blue, then dark blue, then the green placebos, meaning that the white pills contain the weakest progestin levels and the dark blue contain the strongest.

So. Typically, Ortho Lo comes in one of those nifty pink "clicky" packs, where you have to rotate the pills daily in order to access the pill you need to take, making it virtually impossible to take a wrong pill on any given day. However, I get my pills from Planned Parenthood, and they come in a case where any pill can be popped out on any day. I mistakenly took the last pill of the dark blue week - the week with the highest progestin levels - on the first day of the pack, when I should have taken the white, "weakest" pill. I only noticed this error during the second week (light blue) of pills. So, on the first day of dark blue pills, I took two pills; the one for that day, and the previous day's light blue pill.

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex within this period, but have not since I noticed the error. Do I have anything to be worried about? Also, how should I go about remedying the situation once I get to the last dark blue pill? Should I purchase another pack in order to have a dark blue pill to take that day? Thanks very much in advance for any advice!
