    Hi everyone
This is my first post here, so I hope I am posting in the right forum. I am just after some advice really.
I have been taking Microgynon for 1 month, and started to take it from the first day of my period.
However, since then I have been bleeding non stop, some days it was just brown discharge though.
I am currently on day 4 on my pill free week, but I am not sure if my period has arrived or not.
I am having really bad cramps (had to take painkillers to ease the pain, as woke up at 6am because of the pain!) and also the discharge has started to get heavier, with some actual red blood.
However as today is thursday - I am actually going away on monday, and really dont want to be bleeding then. (I dont really mind the discharge - as its not that much) but I dont want to be bleeding.
Before going on the pill, my cramps were never THIS bad and my period usually lasts about 5 days
Whats the best way to solve this, so that I will not be bleeding by monday?
I am due to start my second pack of pill on monday, but would taking them on a saturday or sunday, make the cramps better and this possible period shorter?

Any advice will be highly appreciated.
    Many thanx
