If you are on the pill and taking it exactly as directed then you really have nothing to worry about.
As for the tenderness and cramping then answer is yes.
Ok so I dont know if i'm just worrying to much or what is going on, but i feel more comfortable asking on here. I just took my last white pill for bc and the past two days my nipples and boobs have been alittle tender, and i'm somewhat cramping like i'm on my period, is it just a sign that i'm getting close to starting my period since I will be taking my colored pills to start my period in the next few days, my fiance and I had some drinks and a great night wink wink and didnt use protection we never do since i'm on bc. took a test and came up neg since its in the range to take one, so i think i'm panickiing for nothing.

Agreed with the above, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
The pill IS "protection" when you're having sex, you don't need anything else, unless you want to protect yourself against STDs.
Since this is happening with the tenderness and it is only the 2nd time over the past yr and a half now do I need to get a new birth control pill?
