Worried :(
So i have been on birth control alesse for 2 years and been with the same guy for 2 years. this week i got my perod at the right time.. it wasnt as heavy as usual. it was very very light. and i ahd a brown discharge for 2 days. my periods only last 4 days. and the last few days of my period i didnt even need a tampon or rlly a pad. it was so light mostly spotting. im really scared thinking i might be pregnant? Or is it just the birth contorl ? I dont have any females to talk 2 bout this stuff someone pls help me! Worried
Your cycles will change throughout your life sometimes for no reason at all. I found the longer I was on the pill, the lighter and lighter my periods got.
I wouldn't worry about it too much.
