Can anyone help me out in answering this question. Is there any non hormoanal birth control that i can use a condom and feel safe without constant bladder infections? If so I'd really like to know. At the moment i use condoms and Ortho options spermicide gel. It's great protection and easy to use with condoms however, it sucks to have constant bladder infections any tips would be much appreciated

Diaphragm, IUD, sponge... That's all I can think of. The sponge may give you bladder infections too, not sure.
