Thread: Yazmin - 2 months back to back - bleeding?

Hi, Ive searched the site to check that I am not repeating the same question but I could not find an answer specific to my problem so would really appreciate some advice...

I've been taking Yazmin for 3 years, never any problems or breakthrough bleeding. However I went on holiday a few weeks ago where on this week I would have been on my 7 day break and my period would have been due. Therefore I decided as I would be in a bathing suit etc I did not want my period this week and continued taking my pill (onto the next pack.)

Now I am 3 days away from the end of the pack where I am planning to take the normal 7 day break this time, however I started bleeding 2 days ago (not very heavy but heavy enough to need to wear a tampon) Sorry about the TMI! and am still bleeding.This has never happened before as I said before with the bleeding or the no break thing.

Also I should add that when I returned from holiday my partner and I had quite a few nights of unprotected sex, (I was into my 2nd week of new pack) but never any problems before so didnt think this should be a problem?

Please help as I am confused, its probably nothing though. Sorry about length, but thought detailed explanation would be more helpful.
