Thread: Has anyone experiened Loestrin 30? Seems to be only info on Loestrin 24 online

Hi there! I'm new to the forums and to BC. I'm on my second pack of Loestrin 30 and the horrendous side effects of the first month have died down. However, I got the flu about two weeks ago and am still feeling a bit sniffly and so I'm not sure if what I'm feeling is down to having the flu or Loestrin 30. I'm having major headaches, feel tired, unmotivated, have a swollen stomach, water retention also and constipation. I'm around 8 and a half stone, five foot four inches, early twenties and haven't had any major health issues before.

Is anyone else on Loestrin 30? There seems to be lots of info on the 24 version but I'm not sure how similar they are! Any info would be much appreciated Thanks

I have never even heard of Loestrin 30! I see you're from the UK ( you used 'stone' to describe your weight haha) so maybe it's just under another name? I'm so sorry about all of those side effects you've shared, I would say go to your Gynocolegist or whomever perscribed you the pills and tell this to them because it sounds serious.
