Nuva Ring Mood Swings!!
I have been on NuvaRing since March, but as of these past 2 months my mood swings are out of control. I cry a lot over nothing at all and it seems like there is a switch or something that makes my tempeer just flip out. On most of the other forums i've read everyone has been talking about side effects showing within the first couple of days but mine are taking months to set in. Has anyone else seen these side effects? If so, how long did they take to show?
Yes, I had this with Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo and Yaz, especially with Yaz. Its like you said, a switch turns on and you over react over the simplist things. I came off and the side effects of coming of made me have such horrible anxiety, so now I am on antidepressants, but hoping to get off them within the nextg 4 months (so id be on them for only 6 mo).
I also started getting very emotional after a few months. I started in April I think? I got super depressed in the summer. I'm thinking of maybe getting off of it for a few months to see if it helps.
