Ok, I have ovarian cysts, the kind that rupture. I just started a new stronger dose of birth control 5 days ago, right after my break week. about 2 days ago, i found some redish brown blood in my discharge. My boyfriend and i are sextually active. Tell me please! am i spotting or hope to god that its not a pregnancy. I take my birthcontrol 8 pm sharp and dont miss a day. My boyfriend and i did it on my break week and he pulled out. Please tell me im not pregnant

How long were you off birth control while being sexually active? It can be common to experience spotting when changing pills. If you are concerned about pregnancy it might be worth while getting a test just to be sure
