Anyone else turn batty during nonhormone pill week?

I dunno, I feel like I'm a normal person for twenty-one days until I get to the nonhormone pills. Then I go batsh*t crazy and my emotions are all over the place and I really think I should be locked in a tower with no access to people or technology for that whole week. I experienced this with Yaz but now I'm on Ortho Tri Cyclen and I really don't know what to do. It's like the hormone pills suppress all of my crazy and then I experience it in heap fulls in the course of a week due to my period. I think my boyfriend notices that that's the ONLY time I ever pick fights and I am so laid back during the rest of the month.

...help?

It's probably just horomonal flucuations during the week of the placebo pill. If it really bothers you, and it doesn't seem to go away or lessen after a while, you can talk to your doctor about changing pills, or finding methods in which to deal with your mood swings.

Defiantly, i really feel your pain! i go crazy!!!! I even freaked out at some crackers in my car because... actually i don't remember why

oh and i have the same problem with the relationship aspect too. Just tell him what is going on and hope he understands. If he loves you he will

just tell him to be extra nice to you and try not to do anything that might set you off. If you do go crazy, just apologize and then apologize for future reference
