Worried about birth control not working...
Alright, so, I started birth control 21 days ago; yesterday, I had sex with my boyfriend. I had spermicide in, and he didn't wear a condom, and he ejaculated inside of me. I have been taking my birth control religiously ever night at the exact same time, but yesterday when I put the spermicide in, I really didn't know if it was working... is it supposed to foam up? Because I really didn't notice any foam...
My question is, should I be worried about possible pregnancy, or is the birth control handling everything, or what? I don't know... it's my first time, so, any feedback would be great.

Have confidence in your birth control. It works for many many women. I used it for about 12 years and never ever once did I use spermicide, condom, nothing, and he always finished inside me.
Take it religiously, take it as it was meant to be taken and you'll be fine. If you ever go on antibiotics, be sure to use a backup method for a while as some meds can clash with the pill and make it ineffective.
Regarding the spermicide, not all of them foam up. If it isn't supposed to foam, then it probably won't foam. I've used one before, can't remember the name, but it was in the blue box, but it was more or less just a gel...
