I would take a pregnancy test if you still haven't gotten a period.

Take a pregnancy test as birth control is not 100% and your body can change over time. Talk to your gyno, or doctor though to ask what's best for you. Taking your pills on time should not effect the baby (if you should be pregnant) but please take a pregnancy test to see if you should stop taking them.
it is perfectly ok to skip a period, but if you are not pregnant and it happens again GO SEE A DOCTOR!
Also many thinks can effect your period such as diet and stress, so if these things have changed much lately your missed period could be a reaction to that.
Be safe, take a test, see a doctor if you feel uncomfortable.

Theres No Telling If You Can Be Pregnant Without A Test, So Until You Get Tested And Find Out For Sure I Recommend That You Stop Taking The Pills As They Can Harm You And Your Baby If You're Indeed Pregnant. Just To Be Sure Maybe You Should Wait Until You Get Your Period To Start The Next Set Of Pills.
