Hi Everyone!

I am new to the site, so please bear with me. I am twenty-three years old, and have been on Implanon for almost a year. Thus far, it has been great. I don't get a period, save a little spotting once every five or six months, and I haven't felt moody or experienced unusual weight gain. However, lately, my nipples have been very tender and very sensitive. I know that this can be a sign of early pregnancy, but that seems extremely unlikely, as my boyfriend and I use condoms in addition to my use of Implanon. Could this be a side effect of the birth control, or something else? I would appreciate the feedback before I freak out and buy a pregnancy test, or call my OBGYN! Thanks!
