I've been taking Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo for about 3 months now. I accidently missed one dark blue pill and took it as soon as possible (which was the next day. I take my pills around 10:00 pm). I've been on the green inactive pills for about 3 days now, and my period still hasn't come yet and I had sex yesterday and didn't use any backup birth control and my boyfriend ejaculated inside me twice. I've never had a late period. Discounting yesterday, the last time I had sex was 31 days ago and I didn't use any backup contraception. I'm really worried I'm pregnant! PLEASE HELP!

I wouldn't stress yourself out so much. If you took the pill as soon as you remembered you'll be okay. Your pill pack will even say that you can miss 1 pill and still be protected without a back up method of contraception. Just have some patience, it should come! Try not to stress out so much. Sometimes it took me 5 days on the placebos to get my period.
~Today, any person can fight the battles of one day It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's- yesterday and tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad. It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore, live but one day at a time.~

It isn't unusual for your periods to take a while to become regular once you're on the pill. Missing a single pill doesn't decrease the effectiveness much, and sometimes it can take 4 or 5 days of placebos before your period comes. HTH.
