I have had my IUD two weeks now no problems. running is fine, the gym is fine, everything is fine - no pain no awkwardness. I'm losing weight from coming off the hormonal pill.

The only strange thing I have is a weird feeling in my vaginal canal. sorry if its tmi or a bit odd. but where a tampon/penis would go....i already feel, well, full. iv checked with fingers and nothings out of place. theres a dull ache in the general area. not a painful ache either. just....an avid awareness of it.

now i havent had sex since christmas eve....due to period and then imminent coil fitting. and the dr told me to wait until my check up to have sex, no I have. so im wondering if its the 24 days minus sex that has made me/it feel weird. it almost feels like my vagina is open ever so slightly, iv been doing my pelvic floor muscles to help. but its so unexplicably weird. did anyone else have a feeling of fullness/dullache/open feeling at all?!?! the iud is in place, nothing hurts, no spotting nothing. lots of mucus (maybe this gives it a funny feeling in there?)
