Default Birth control and nausea - help!

Please if anybody knows the answer to this could you help me out!!?

For the past week or two I have been experiencing fairly bad nausea throughout the day. It normally comes in the morning and is worst then, then lingers off throughout the day. I have been on Juliet 35 ed for about 3 months. I have been on it before (although used the more expensive version - Diane) and did not experience problems. I usually always took the pill in the morning when I wake up, however, I got home yesterday after spending 6 weeks (overseas) and due to time differences etc the time i took the pill changed. I was mostly taking it at about 10pm at night but sometimes also at earlier times in the afternoon/evening.

Not only this, I've gained a couple of kilos (which I think could be due to the fact I completely quit eating 'healthy' when I was on holiday and gave myself FREE reign). I also sometimes get a light shaking feeling.
I have heard that changing the time you take the pill can cause nausea, or taking it a different times throughout the day and not being consistent also can cause nausea - so I'm wondering whether that could be it.

My sexual encounters have been as follows...

Sept 7 - had sex not sure if he ejaculated inside or not. no condom but used morning after pill
Sept 18 - same as above
Oct 8 - same as above
Oct 23 - had sex but learnt my lesson and used a condom
I have not had sex since those dates.

By this point I was only on the pill for the Oct 23 encounter. I knew that taking the morning after pill 3 times would affect my period, and it was two weeks late. Since having sex on Oct 23 I have had my period three times.

Just to be sure, I took three pregnancy tests at home which were all negative. The doctor also did a pregnancy test (pee on a stick) and that was negative. I just get so paranoid about the possibility of being pregnant and now this nausea has made me more worried. I hear all these things about women getting their period throughout their pregnancy and it makes me so paranoid!

So what do others think about this situation? I'd appreciate any help. I am pretty certain I am not pregnant, but if the birth control pill doesn't explain the nausea, then what does? And what should I do?

Hi, I also have a similar problem to the nausea side of this pill. For months I took Dianne 35( all fine no side effects) then next time I choose the generic version which is Juilet 35 which is when I noticed nausea problems. Thinking it was just the pill itself I stop it all together. Then for hormonal reasons had to go back on Dianne 35, not thinking when I got the repeat I said yes to the generic, so now I have 3 months worth or pills and have nausea again. Even though they say it is the same 'active' ingredients, there obviously is something different in the juilet.
