Thread: do I have FSAD or is it depo provera?

I first had sex when I was 16 but it didn't happen again until I was 22. I decided not to date as I was embarassed living at home (student), didnt want to get my heart broken, inexpierenced, too may assholes, hard to meet guys etc.

My mom put me on depo provera when I was 16 but I have no sex drive and even being inexpierenced as I haven't had it much I never really liked sex and not having sex doesn't bother me at all... I have had bad encounters with sex which makes me afraid but alot of the FSAD symptoms relates to me. My doc said it probably is the depo provera mostly though but I can't go off it cause it STOPS my periods and i had it 2x a month a week each. I know most guys won't put up with this and I don't now what to do - does anyone have en explanation? I know low sex drive in women is VERY common.

Being on BC could lower your sex drive. Have yourself checked by another doc to get another opinion.
