Hi Ladies!

I'm a newbie on here and was searching through the birth control forum and noticed that no one had posted or shared any information about fertility monitors. I had been taking birth control pills for 11 years before I got pregnant and really didn't like the side effects of them, or the health risks involved with them. After I gave birth, I didn't want to alter my natural cycle again with the pill because it took me a while to get pregnant the first time after getting off them and I'm planning to have another child sometime in the near future.

So, after some research, I started practicing natural contraception using the Cyclotest 2 plus contraceptive monitor. Cyclotest uses your morning temperature to determine the fertile and non fertile days of your cycle (when you can or cannot get pregnant), so it lets me enjoy natural, uninhibited sex on my infertile days and then I use a FemCap (cervical cap) when I have sex on my fertile days. Using this method of BC has been super easy and enjoyable for me and I recommend it to all of my friends. It's great experiencing my natural cycle and being free from the side effects of the pill. There are lots of contraceptive monitors on the market, but cyclotest seems to offer the most value for money in terms of functionality (it's also the cheapest!).

Just wanted to share my experience and hopefully help some women who are looking for alternatives to hormonal birth control--I wish I made the switch a long time ago! You can get more info here: • Buy Cyclotest .com • The Natural Way - The Number 1 Choice For Hormone Free Contraception
