Default On Depo-Provera -- Excessive Yellow Discharge

So I've been on Depo-Provera since September, and got my most recent shot at the end of December. I have been on it before two years ago and know that my body's typical reactions are that I don't menstruate, and sometimes slight depression and weight gain. Nothing else. I take monthly pregnancy tests and know that I'm not pregnant.

I've been experiencing an excessive yellow discharge from vagina the past three days. It's gotten to the point where I go to the restroom just to wipe it. It's very constant, continues whether I'm laying down or standing, and has caused some irritation on my vulva (although I don't know if that's just chafing from the wet underwear). My menstrual cycle is dormant so I don't think it's related to ovulation.

This discharge is thick but not lumpy and it doesn't have foul odor. I have no itching or burning when I urinate, and it doesn't feel like a UTI (I know those quite well). I have had some unusual cramping kind of like menstrual cramps on and off recently, but they are sporadic and not severe. Intercourse is not painful.

I am sexually active but my boyfriend and I are monogamous and he has never had an STD. I have been tested for STDs across the board since I started dating him and all were negative.

If anyone can help me or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

IMO, any time you have a colored discharge or it is more excessive than what you are used to, it is a good idea to go to the Dr for an exam.
