No and No. There is about a 3 hour window in which you can take your pill and not mess up your protection. If you are on the pill, then you are fine to have condomless sex. You are not unprotected, you are taking the pill.

im new to taking birth control..... Im on the birth control pill ive been taking my pill faithfully everyday & maybe once or twice i took it almost 10 mins late, could that increase my risk of being pregnant? I Also had unprotected sex during Middle of my 5th week of taking my birth control pill, is there a possibility i could get pregnant?
