Nuvaring stay away Libido Killer
Hi I'm 33, I took this thing 4 years ago and it completely took my sex drive away. For years I told my gyno and this year finally we ran some tests. My estrogen was only 29 anything below 36 in menopausal, and my free testosterone was 1, I am now on hormone replacements trying to fix this. Nuvaring made me dry out all together, I haven't even thought about sex in years, in fact everything hurt. I went from a very healthy sex drive to nothing, the replacements may slowly be working but my ability to orgasm has been lost. Please get off this thing, or it could be bye bye sex drive.

I am sorry that this has occured to you but did the Gyno state it was because of the Nuvaring?
Our bodies are different and changes happen for many reasons.
On the positive side you sought advice, you weren't happy and you shouldn't have to go through hormone replacements to correct this but did you know that menapause can occur at anytime? With nothing to do with such things as Nuraring?
It can..
But it also can make you grouchy , but if you have a high sex drive, you may not be as lubricated but you if with someone you love still can enjoy and want sex, if your mindset is right...
I am wondering therefore if there is more here, upset about other things in your life, stress, relationships, ....
And whether you have a solid, that was the reason....
We get mad when things happen and assume, without proof, but if your Gyno has confirmed that, it still doesn't mean that it is the same with every woman, we are all different.
I know you are upset, but we can't scare people off of something without facts, rather than comments of pain...
