I just restarted Loestrin 24 birth control about 2.5 weeks ago, and I am experiencing symptoms of a period (cramps, bleeding) since Sunday night. Is this normal? How long does this usually go on? I remember spotting occasionally when I was first on birth control last year, but this seems like an actual period. Should I continue taking the pill? I'm going to visit my boyfriend for the weekend on Thursday and I would love it if I weren't bleeding. Any tips?
