is there anyway to lose birthcontrol weight gain? help pls!!!
every single time i get con into goin on a new birth control? i gain hardcore weight!! i'd gain then get all depressed then stop for a while then go back on a newer one. i dont care how many ppl deny it...but it is true! birthcontrol can retain massive water which causes weight gain. Every single time i take a break? i'd lose the weight within 1 month. I'm so tempted to quit this one that im on.. right now. The weight gain is makin me extremely depressed! Its just that this birth control finally stopped my period. i'm happy that i dont have to wear pads... but this weight gain is so blahh
any suggestions?
Try a new brand, not all birth control will react the same. Also diet and exercise will make a difference.
