Hi, I'm 18 years old. Last month I had a large ovarian cyst of 4.5cm, which then went away after my period. I went to a gynae and after an ultrasound, she said I have polycystic ovaries. She found many small ones and then prescribed me the pill, yasminelle, for a year. However, after the following ovulation I realised that I developed another large cyst.

I've noticed that since I got my first large ovarian cyst (I don't know whether I had the small ones before or not) I started having difficulty to reach orgasms, and when I do, they are very weak. Can this be a symptom from ovarian cysts, or is it from something else?
