Well, the title is clear, I lost one of my BC pills, and I wonder if it's ok if I don't take my one last pill prior to my period? I'm planning that after I finish my period I'll start my new pack of my BC pill like usual.. is there any thing I should do or is it ok just to lose one pill.

just want to know if there's any of you has experienced this before?

    thanks!

I think that should be okay, but use a secondary method of birth control for the first week of your new pack. It'll be like starting the pill for the very first time... Remember how they say it takes about a week or so to become effective?

For the future I'd suggest having an extra pack lying around exactly for these purposes. I know pills are expensive but it'll be worth it in case you lose one again.
