Hi, so I was taking Microgynon 30 for about a year in Australia then 2 months ago I moved to england and got a new prescription over here. Is it possible that the two pills are different even though they are the same brand.

I'm only asking because ever since I started taking the english one I've been experiencing occasional but quite strong nausea and my breasts have grown almost a cup size.
I do have unprotected sex with my boyfriend apart from the pill but I've also had my period.

Also my breasts are really warm to the touch.
    Any suggestions?

There could be different manufacturers but we have no way of knowing. The only thing you can do talk to your medical provider.
