I started taking Lessina about a month ago, but my doctor prescribed the 'three month cycle' that you would get with a birth control like Yaz. (So, I just don't take the placebo pills until after three packets of BC.)
In the middle of my second packet, I started my period (sort of). It was unusually brown, so I took two birth control tests (even though I used a condom when I had sex last) and both were negative. So now, I have sort of a normal period and this has gone on for 10 days, about double the length of my normal period.
Should I take another test? Call my doctor? Both?
You are more than likely experiencing break through bleeding. Even though you have the three month prescription, your body still needs to shed the old blood that is accumulating in your body. That is one of the problems with the three month cycle pills, you are going to get weird bleeding throughout those three months. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Friendship Prayer
May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crotch of the person who screws up your day and may their arms be too short to scratch.
Amen
Whoever said anything was possible obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.
