Thread: Lutera & Confused??HELP PLEASE =/

Ok i started birth control for the first time ever Sept 17th and ive been taking the pill how its supoose to be everyday at the same time, etc. BUT the thing is my fiance and i had unprotected sex within 4 days of starting it and have had since. So the first weeks i was fine, nothing really. I was even surprised from the stories ive heard.

Now, the thing is that ever since September 29th ive been real emotional, moody and i started having light bleeding, not spotting but Light bleeding only enough to wear a pantyliner or two throughout the day. At first it was really really dark brownish and now its either pinkish or a bright red at times. But thing is i never spot before my period and it isnt due until Oct 11th! I am even having slight bleeding today which is Oct 2nd( its been 4 days!) Oh another thing is that while i had the slight bleeding Sept 29-Oct 1st ive had really bad cramps and i rarely ever cramp during periods and i kept getting sharp lower back pains and on my thighs also. However 2day Oct 2nd has luckily only been the light bleeding.

Has this ever happened to anyone before? Im just confused if it might be because of the pill or because i had "unprotected sex" right away. I keep trying to research online and all i keep finding is implantation bleeding. I dont have a doctor i could call to ask, thinking of calling planned parenthood. Please any thing will help im confused, could it be my body reacting to the pill or could i be in the early stages of pregnancy??

okay, I had this from taking the pill too, but I ignored it, and it all got a of a lot worse, I went to the Doctors and well, I can't take any form of contraception 'cause of the hormones in it, it just doesn't go right with me, apparently it's not uncommon, so maybe you should just get checked out ? maybe change to a pill with less hormones ? hope it all goes well anyway !
