Hmmm... I personally have never used any of that stuff so I cannot provide much answers.

However, I was just talking with my fiance about what we are going to do in regards to birth control. I was specifically wondering about diaphrams. Maybe you could tell me a little about your experience with them? Do they seem to work well for you? Are they uncomfortable or awkward to put in?

I hope you don't mind me asking. I refuse to take any for of pills, patches, injections, or anything that messes with my hormones. (bad experience) And I think I am allergic to latex condoms because they make me really dry and itchy.

I can't use the pill or any of that type of bc (patch, implant, etc) due to my migraines and the side effects. all the other methods i crossed off too, like iud.
Been using the diaphram with spermicide for MANY years. it is latex altho i suppose they make them now for folks with latex allergies. it causes a bit of problem with spontanaity, but has very effective. i never use the diaphram w/o the spermicide as it would decrease the effectiveness significantly. and at my age i would have to kill someone if i got pregnant. ( i am a grandmother, wouldnt that be a hoot to some folks, like my daughter )
Hope this helps.

Well that's reassuring. That was the only thing I could think of that wouldn't involve ingesting or injecting chemicals/hormones. I think we will have to try that.

I completely agree! No babies for me yet!!

Thanks for the tips!

Default VCF non-hormonal birth control

Not sure about other ingredients, just seen noxynol 9 in other products. Found samples on freebie website for VCF, looks interesting, going to order sample- cant use hormonal products- makes me go wacko!!!!
