Thread: Went off the pill...now what?

I went off the pill on friday and on monday I started my period(heavy). I thought this might happen, but will this be a normal one? I went off because I want to try and get pregnant. Does it help if we try during my period or should we wait until after? Thanks!

Everyone is different. Some people start up their regular cycle right away, others take a month or two (sometimes more) to get back to normal.

I don't see the harm in trying right away. Have as much sex as you want.
