Thread: pregnant and on birth control?

ok so....
i had recently posted a thread in september about me not having my period. well i went to the clinic and did a test and it was negative. so they put me on birth control. I have still NOT received my period. so will i really receive my period on the last week of my pills? i have 2 more pills till the last week and im hoping i get it. so if not then what??? can you still be pregnant and be on birth control and not know it??? wouldnt you be able to tell???

YES!!!! I did not miss any of my pills and took them everyday at the same time, and low and behold I went to the dr for what I thought was sinus infection/stomach flu because I knew I hadn't missed my pills, nor had I recently been on any antibiotics that would have weakend my pills but when I went to the dr I was already 10 weeks and was freaking out about taking the pills while I was pregnant! but my dr assured me all was well and we went on to have our 4th child a beautiful 8lb 13 oz baby girl. She was a complete surprise.
? Did the dr do a blood hcg test on you, or was it a pee test?
