I've been on the pill for a few months now and I was on balziva and I was doing great and it was working well for me, but my doc just recently switched me to yasmin because I was geting extreme migrine headaches and she figured it's was because balziva had to much estrogen in it and yasmin has lower estrogen then balziva does, but I just started yasmin and I'm starting fill sick to my stomach and a little ran down a bet and I didn't have that problem when I started balziva the only problem I had well one blaziva were the headaches that's it, is this normal?, and will this stop? could it be just that my body just needs a little time to adjust to yasmin? I've only been on it for a few days. Some help please

This medication can cause birth defects in an unborn baby. Do not use if you are pregnant. Do not use Yasmin if you have any of the following conditions: a history of stroke or blood clot, circulation problems (especially if caused by diabetes), a heart valve disorder, breast or uterine cancer, abnormal vaginal bleeding, kidney or liver disease, an adrenal gland disorder, severe high blood pressure, migraine headaches, or a history of jaundice caused by birth control pills.

Your Doctor should know of your medical background...

All medication has problems so please ask your Doctor of your concern.

ALL birth Control pills have serious side effects and long term effects of decreasing your fertility. you may not want to get pregnant at the moment, but you may one day! I see so many women who are at their wits end trying to conceive and the very large majority of them have been taking the pill for anywhere between 5-20 years!

did you know that there are natural methods for birth control that have the same effectiveness rate as the pill - 98% effective? in the beginning it takes a little more effort than popping a pill, but the benefits out way taking the pill a million to one. benefits are, you are not over loading your body with toxic substance and synthetic hormones, you are paying attention to your body and therefore begin to connect to it, knowing your body in this way is so empowering, if you forget to take a pill you are not at risk, you are not playing with the incredibly delicate hormonal system within your body and you are not harming your fertility in the long term.

    it is well worth exploring...
