Thread: changing brands

I switched birth control brands recently, and my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on my 7th or 8th pill of my new pack (yasmin) and I'm getting pretty scared of being pregnant. If anyone could give me any advice that would be great.

Just be careful. Different pills have different hormone levels. I recently switched and ended up bleeding 3 weeks out of the first month. I would THINK... if you haven't had any spotting or bleeding, you may be protected, just be careful anyway. It takes a month or two for the new pill to be completely active.
