Thread: Nuvaring - migraines and irritation

My sister and I both switched from oral BC to the Nuvaring - she about a year ago, me about 9 months ago. She has noticed an increased frequency and severity in her migraines. We've both noticed more vaginal discharge, often thicker than normal, and vulvular irritation. I know irritation is a noted side effect, but it's gotten the point of disrupting my daily quality of life. Anyone else experiencing either of these symptoms?

I've experienced the discharge, but no irritation. I don't think my migraines are more or less, I still get at least one period headache a cycle.
